Born in Aliceville, Alabama, the founder of Hughes Harper Gibson, LLC – Randy Gibson, has dedicated the majority of his professional career to the service of helping individuals, attorneys, and organizations with their dispute resolution needs.Randy and his family currently reside in Shelby County. He is an avid church goer and enjoys volunteering his available time to numerous local community efforts. His hobbies include spending time with family (beautiful wife and three daughters), gardening, and cheering on his beloved Alabama Football team – Roll Tide!

Bonjour! 2025 marks the Baptist Health Foundation's 8th Annual Wine Women & Shoes and we excited to be celebrating "April in Paris"! Wine Women and Shoes has become an elite event in the Birmingham community “pairing” over 450 women together around fine wine, great shopping, and incredible auctions.

I am thrilled to be participating as a Shoe Guy for this event and will be volunteering my time to host, welcome, assist, and engage with these amazing women from all over the Birmingham area. I will also be raising money to support the Baptist Health Foundation.

100% of your donation goes directly to help the Baptist Health Foundation so they may further the healing ministry of Jesus Christ by serving as a bridge to Baptist Health System’s affiliated hospitals’ uninsured patients, funding pastoral care in its hospitals, assisting employees in need, providing educational opportunities for medical professionals, and contributing to the betterment of our communities.

Since 1967, the Baptist Health Foundation has operated as a faith-based 501(c)3 that positively impacts the lives of Baptist Health System’s affiliated hospitals’ patients, families, employees, and communities through compassionate projects and charitable support that meet our criteria. Operating autonomously and independently from any hospital or healthcare organization, we serve as a healing Christian ministry filling a void in and around the Birmingham metropolitan area for uninsured patients and hospital employees in need.
