I have personally witnessed how donations made to the Baptist Health Foundation have been used to positively impact our community. The NICVIEW cameras in our NICU, construction of the new chapel at Brookwood Baptist Medical Center and assisting employees in need through the Employee Benevolence Fund are just a few ways the foundation has invested to help make a difference. Since 1967, the Baptist Health Foundation has provided resources to improve healthcare and wellness to patients and families in the Birmingham community. The mission of the Baptist Health Foundation is to further the healing ministry of Jesus Christ by serving as a bridge to Baptist Health System’s affiliated hospitals’ uninsured patients, funding pastoral care in its hospitals, assisting employees in need, providing educational opportunities for medical professionals, and contributing to the betterment of our communities.

This is the foundation's 6th Annual Wine Women & Shoes! We are excited that it has become an elite event in the Birmingham community “pairing” women together around fine wine, great shopping, and incredible auctions.

I am participating as a Shoe Guy for the event and am happy to be volunteering my time to host, welcome, assist, and engage with over 400 women of the surrounding community. This amazing event helps raise money and bring awareness to the various programs of Baptist Health Foundation.
