Bruce E. Burns, MD is the Chairman of the Department of Emergency Medicine at Princeton Baptist Medical Center and the Vice Chief of Staff. He is the Legacy Baptist Market Director of Emergency Medicine. He has over 25 years experience in treating patients. He serves on multiple boards including the UAB School of Nursing Board of Visitors, and is Chairman of the Board at Birmingham Regional EMS System. He and his wife Eileen S. Meyer, DNP are involved in several philanthropic activities and are proud supporters of the Baptist Health Foundation.
