Baptist Health Foundation continues to be the pre-eminent non-profit resource to improve healthcare, provide social assistance, and promote education and wellness in our community. BHF seeks to provide families, caregivers, and patients with the services they need, especially in financially vulnerable populations most at risk.

Kidada Hawkins is the Chief Operating Officer for Princeton Baptist Medical Center. Prior to assuming his current position, Kidada served as CEO at Shoals Hospital in Muscle Shoals, Alabama. Currently, Kidada serves on the Board of KidOne Transport, is a member of American College of Healthcare Executives, President of theForum (Alabama Chapter of ACHE) and a member of the National Association of Healthcare Executives.

When not working, Kidada enjoys spending time with wife Kia along with their 8-year-old daughter and 3-year-old son.
